Our offices are open Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.  We will do our best to schedule your appointment at a date and time that is convenient for you.  Whenever we can, we will try to schedule you with the physician you prefer.  If you cannot keep your scheduled appointment, we ask that you please give us 24 hour notice so that another patient needing an appointment can be scheduled in that time slot.

We ask that when you arrive for your appointment that you have an updated medication list and your newest insurance cards.  It is imperative that you bring both of these items on every visit.
